  • The only reason this place got 1 star was due to the view. I made a reservation, when I checked in, the hostess made an unknown change to my reservation card, handed it to me and told me to check in at the next hostess stand. When I got to the next stand, they asked if I was a party of 5 and I confirmed that we are a party of 5. A different person took us to our table with 4 seats. For 5 people. Granted my 2 year old was with us but there was zero room for a high chair, which wasn't offered. When our server showed up we placed our drinks ordered. 20 minutes later he returned to take our food ordered and I asked about our drinks. His response was that they weren't on the bar. We ordered our food and watched as the table behind us, which showed up 10 minutes after we did, got their drinks. I flagged down our server and again asked about our drinks to which he replied they're changing out the keg. We finally got our drinks about 5 minutes before our food arrived. My burger tasted like a frozen party with way too much pepper on it, my fries were cold and soggy. The chicken Caesar salad was bland. Bottom line: bad food and bad service.
