  • I was really impressed by Big's Furniture. I have been searching nonstop for a sectional, dresser, and other major household furniture items for the past two months. Basically, I'm re-doing my whole place and I'm super picky so it takes me a while to make a decision and stick with it. I went to Big's on a whim after a Costco trip. To my amazement, they had some beautiful items in their store. Really nice dining sets and modern couches that I just loved and were reasonably priced. The first time I went, after two hours of looking and discussing what I wanted with Israel (he deserves a gold medal for patience), I left with a large 6-drawer Mission style real wood dresser (on clearance for g*d knows why because it was so beautiful and perfect) AND a wine rack with shelving and storage that really I didn't need but had to have once I saw it. The items were delivered within the time frame given and I was super impressed- the guys were quick and professional. I never felt uncomfortable. I went back earlier today after Costco (gotta love them) and wanted to see Big's inventory on sectionals. I was greeted and then the same associate as last time, Israel, was there and he showed me a few different options in regards to color, style, and delivery time. I'm in a big of a crunch since I've been without a sofa for two weeks now, so I wanted it delivered tomorrow. yes, tomorrow. And what did I get? Delivery tomorrow for the most beautiful and comfortable leather sectional I could have dreamt of. And I have looked at well over 100 sectionals. All in all I'm really happy and impressed with my experience here. I never would have stopped by if I saw the previous Yelp reviews first, but I'm so happy I did. I was able to purchase a beautiful wood dresser, a tall sheek wine rack with storage, and the black leather sectional of my dreams. I am so appreciative of Israel's patience with me and his knowledge of what I wanted when I went back earlier today. The other associates were also super helpful in helping us brainstorm different options and getting it delivered as soon as possible.
