I finally found a new breakfast joint! Yay!
Came here with the bf and his parents around 11:30 on a Sunday. The wait was already 45mins and blazing hot outside. They have a small seating area inside while you wait but it was already crowded. The decor and atmosphere was bright and fun. Staff was very attentive and friendly from beginning to end.
Now for the food! What an extensive menu! Cold pressed juices? Loco moco? Steak? Eggs? Rice? It has everything an indecisive diner could want! We ordered a chilaquiles, a Belgian waffle with all the fruit, steak and eggs and the red velvet pancakes. Oh my gosh the portions and tastes! Not as obnoxiously big as Hash House but still enough for two meals per plate. Not bad since the average price is $12 per dish. I can honestly say this is the first place I've really liked their scrambled eggs. Not underdone and seems way more than two eggs(but I'll take that!) I wish the pancakes were fluffier. And the pots of breads if you order a la carte seem small for $3+ but it all still tasted great. I also ordered the green apple carrot juice. My bf's dad was having trouble getting refills on his coffee. The server meant well and did everything he could while juggling several other tables. All good. I was happy. I'll definitely be back. Like soon.
