  • Do NOT do Dermaplaning here!!!! They were running a special so I jumped on it as I have a friend who does this treatment elsewhere and loves it. My technician scraped up my face in several spots and I am all scabbed up. I called to complain and asked for a credit for that treatment and all they wanted to do give me a credit on my account to come back another time for another service there. The manager asked me to come in to see my face and did not think it looked bad after just having the service done yesterday. However, she did say the technician should not have touched my nose. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I should have been credited my credit card for a service that was not done properly and left me scabbed up! My friend who does this else wear has never been left with a mark on her face.
