  • Do not stay in this hotel! Worst customer service of any hotel we have ever stayed at! 2 nights in a row it took 2 hours to get shuttle ride to pick husband and son up and it's a 10 minute ride from where they were. Kayla at front desk would not give drivers number to my husband nor give the driver my husbands number! Kayla acted like she had better things to do than deal with a customer! Never even apologized!! There is no manager on weekends for some reason so we are calling Jennifer, the manager on Monday about the horrible service. But the reviews on trip advisor says she's just as bad. We will see.
