  • Recently switched from Farmers to State Farm and was concerned when my policy increased by one hundred dollars after my first quote. Gave the office a call and expressed my concerns of not being able to afford my insurance with a newborn on the way. The agent looked at my record and took immediate action... Then promised a 30 minute call back. In less than ten minutes I got a call and she was able to rework my policy AND save me even more than my initial quote! I am beyond happy with my new policy and the wonderful customer service I received from her office!
