  • If I could leave this gym 0 stars I would. The management and team here are unprofessional & rude as hell. I've been a member for years and was enrolled for a plan that I didn't agree to and they refused to cancel my membership, telling me I had to go through a 3 week cancellation process and then continuing to charge me after I canceled. I then went to talk to the manager (Parague) who was incredibly rude and accusing me of lying about attempting to cancel. Horrible person with absolutely no costumer service awareness or proper attitude in handling problems.
