  • Best gym in the Valley! Super clean, awesome staff, best trainers I have met. I highly recommended this to anyone who is looking for a workout with a trainer! The concept here can work for anyone, whether you are trying to burn more calories or gain/tone muscle. Super clean as well. The member prices are very reasonable compared to other places in the Valley. Good for anything be 16+(I think the starting age is 14 with an adult in the class??) If you are worrying about getting judged, don't. This place makes it feel like a home gym away from home(but with more people and exercise machines!!) The best part is they give you a free class, so come make an appointment now! Easy way to get motivated!
