  • I first brought my bike here for a quick check after I built it at home. They charged a much fairer price than other shops in the area, the reviews were great, and Carl responded quickly when I messaged on Yelp. That first experience was a smooth one, and multiple employees went out of their way to try and help me get my phone mount put on the new road bike (I think it was Carl and Sean). I was satisfied at this point, and soon I realized I needed a fitting! Again, Carl responded quickly and the prices were fantastic, so I called and booked an appointment with Lifan. Lifan was AMAZING! She took her time, made sure we went through every step, and educated me on so many things that I didn't know about biking (I'm a bit of a newbie). I felt comfortable with her so I asked her a lot of random questions that I probably would have otherwise just Googled, and she was enthusiastic and helpful through the whole process. I ended up buying a bunch of things (like a tube and bike pump that saved my life less than a few weeks later) that I ordinarily would have just searched on Amazon. However I had such a great experience I really wanted to support the shop, so I shelled out the money! I do not regret it, and as I mentioned above that ended up saving me a huge amount of hassle just a few weeks later :) The bike fit is great, although I am having some knee pain and will be going back to have them check it out. Lifan made sure to let me know it's OK to come back in if there are issues, it's included in the price of the fitting. It's common that things don't start bothering or manifesting until you're out on the road for some longer rides. Knowing they have my back and will help me get my fit perfect is just another reason their price is so amazing. While I originally thought they are only mountain bikes, I'm very happy with the whole experience and give kudos to Lifan for being awesome and being so helpful! Definitely is now my go-to shop.
