I love the Cuban feel to this resort. We are locals so we didn't stay in the hotel. We ate on the patio, which I feel is the only way to go. Our service was okay she was friendly & attentive with our drinks. However when I ask what her favorites on the menu were she said she had only been there for two weeks & had not tried much of the food. That tells me there is either a training issue or the restaurant doesn't have you try all of the dishes. We were celebrating a birthday & shared some apps Cuban sandwich, Mexican popcorn, & fish tacos on the happy hour menu which is from 3-7 pm. Then we all shared a salad & ribs all of which were good, but not crave worthy.
