  • This place is basically perfect. I came in with tempered expectations, thinking that I would enjoy the food but not be wowed by it. Looking at the pictures, it obviously looks and sounds delicious, but I just assumed that the ice cream is added to mask bland and boring waffles and crepes. Boy was I wrong! The waffle and crepe stood out and were very fresh, the Thrifty ice cream was just a topping and I would have loved my food without the ice cream added! Plus, there are endless possible combinations available, so you can do something different every time you go, and if you aren't looking for ice cream or something super sweet, you can substitute yogurt or extra fruit instead, which is awesome! Highly recommend that everyone in the are give this place your business so that they can stay in business! My one complaint....no soda fountain? Just hot chocolate or overpriced drinks from a cooler. Get a soda fountain guys, they are cheap, and each soda only costs you about 15 cents but you can charge a buck, so it will boost your profits.
