  • I am not the type to write bad reviews but I was very disappointed with their services. I took my do in to get groomed at this place. The guy at the front desk was nice and welcoming. But my initial impression of the groomer was a little bit off. She informed me that the services my dog was going to receive was just a bath and nail trimming. I thought my dog was getting a little bit more than that. I asked her if she could cut a little bit of the fur from my dog's face. She told me she couldn't do it because of the time slot. It appeared that she wasn't willing to go out of her way to do anything. So I was like ok fine I will bring her back to get a full haircut after this visit. Since my dog really needed a bath I decided to let her get the bath and the nail trimming. After dropping off my dog I received a call about 10 minutes later from the groomer stating that she can't groom my dog because my dog was growling and she did want to get bit. Mind you I have had my dog for almost 4 years since she was a little puppy and have taken her to groomers for the whole time I've had her. No one has EVER complain about not being able to take care of her. Every groomer that I have taken her to has fallen in love with her. All she needed to do was be patient with my dog and my dog would have warmed up to her. I just moved out here from Los Angeles and wanted to give them a try, but after today I am NEVER going there again. I NEVER had this experience in LA. Very disappointed Ps My dog is only 7 pounds and has NEVER bit anyone before. If I have EVER had this issue before I wouldn't waist my time writing this review, I would be saving lives.
