rev:text	I feel bad for leaving this review, but it's an honest update. I'm a very loyal person and hate jumping from place to place. I thought my loyalty would be more appreciated here because I was a loyal customer 1-2 times a month, for a whole year. Everything I ever needed done was too complicated or always seemed like a problem. I'm such a laid back person and would never try and make things more difficult than they really are. I even cried on my birthday at the salon because I was trying to make things EASY on them by just getting a simple gel with sparkles. Apparently the color they had on display and the one they had in the bottle was completely different. I just left it, but of course I was upset. Also, one day I ask for Jennifer to do my nails and a pedi. She says "you know I don't do feet".....when I get there 30 minutes later she's giving a guy a full pedicure. Right next to me. It was like a slap in the face. There are more things that happened but I don't have all day to write them. And now that I look at the picture I posted a while back, the nails shape is crooked and fat. I don't know what I was thinking. Very disappointing and never going back. Only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because Johnny is really nice and Jennifer does good eyebrows. But that's about it.
