  • This place is jammed in a small strip shopping area with almost no parking. Lines go out the door. This is a black eye for NC. The technology is in the Stone Age. Wait weeks for registration and title. This is a simple process made as complicated as it can get. They give you 90 days to pay personal property tax, but bug you about it weekly. Tons of money spent for postage and way to much labor to get this done. Update your process and software NC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
