| - I would steer clear of this company if I were you - I was in contact with Bonnie to get an appointment and receive information. She assigned me a quote number and scheduled my appointment, nice lady. When the technician, Scott, arrived to my location to replace my windshield, he arrived with the incorrect part. No big deal, accidents happen right? Of course, we're all humans and he was kind about it. However....In all communications with Bonnie referencing my quote number, she always said the correct description/part needed for my car. When I asked Scott the technician whether the quote number was associated with his paper, he said no. So, that made me think, what's the point of a quote number in this company? Then as he was calling his contact to brief them on the situation, suddenly the price to replace my windshield went from $255 to over $800 (before tax). Although this could have been an odd scenario, I got a feeling this company is a scam, very much running on a bait and switch model.
