  • I am EXTREMELY happy with Best Buy Shutters. We ordered our first floor shutters through them in 2009. The whole process went smoothly and they look just as good today as they did when they were first installed. Fast forward to 2018, we were finally ready to do our second floor windows. After reading some of the reviews, I opted to get three quotes from various companies. Best Buy gave us the best deal by far, so once again we chose them. Seeing as most people don't have time to read lengthy reviews, I'm going to use bullets points. * Marcel did our estimate (same as the first time). He was prompt, fast, pleasant, and gave us a GREAT deal. * Lynn called three weeks later to schedule the install (it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks). * The day of the install, the installers called to see if they could come EARLY. They removed all of the window coverings (something one of the other companies told us we had to do) and they were super fast! * Every single person I dealt with at this company was extremely friendly and wonderful to work with, not one issue! I seriously don't understand some of the bad reviews. My experiences with Best Buy have been nothing but positive. I would definitely use them again...if I had more windows! ;0)
