  • My daughter deleted files from her laptop so that I couldn't reset it. I looked up different sites to find a business to take it to and found this one at Tatum & Bell Rd. John was really nice and helped me without making me feel more computer stupid than I really am ;) I did have to leave it there but it was fixed just a few hours later. I received an email from him with an online portal so I could get more info on status. A different guy checked us out when I picked it up and answered more questions that I had. I don't know his name tho. I will definitely use them again in the future. They didn't charge an arm & a leg either!!!! Thanks guys, you were great!
