After being a patient for several years, I had already noticed a severe decline in organization and customer service in the last year. The straw that broke the camel's back came today when I was informed that, despite the fact that I was in their office several times last year, no one bothered to mention that my IUD should have been replaced LAST SUMMER!!! Despite the office manager's assurances that she "was, like, so sorry" for the mix-up, I find it less than comforting that blind luck is the only thing that kept me from avoiding an unwanted pregnancy this year! Never going back!
