  • If I could give negative stars on this scam organization I would. It was a nightmare even trying to book the massage. Tried yesterday and got routed to voicemail. Got the run around today. GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE PER COMPANY POLICY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT. One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They try to get you to sign up for a membership. Maybe they should try being easy to deal with to get memberships. How a business like this is allowed to continue to do business anywhere is mind boggling.
