Back in July I posted a 2 star review as I was truly disappointed in the decline in service at the store. On the day I posted my review the Store Manager (Ray) called me. He actually went through the stores records to find me and then took the time to personally apologize for the problems we experienced. It's really easy to post a response to a review and request the dissatisfied customer to contact you. My fiancée and I were so impressed that Ray took the time to contact us that I called him back. He explained the issues the store had experienced in turn over and was very honest about everything.
My fiancée and I decided to go back into the store to meet with Ray. I showed him the ring that I was interested in and the modifications that I wanted to make to it in order to match my fiancée's ring. He had us talk to his jeweler who promptly told us no problem. For the record the Jeweler is amazing, he was showing pictures of these tiny carvings that he does in his spare time. A guitar with such detail but it's the size of his thumb. Anyway, we asked Ray for his price and he beat all the other estimates so we had them modify the ring. They searched out the sapphires and then the jeweler cut and molded them to fit and mirror the diamonds already in the ring. When we picked it up both of us were near tears. It was truly beautiful. We bought my Fiancée's wedding ring wrap as well which we loved from the day I purchased the engagement ring.
There is no doubt in my mind that he is bringing his new staff up to his level of customer care. We could just tell when we met him that he was upset about what had happened. He truly went out of his way to make things right for us. You could also tell that his new team was coming up to speed when we went back to pick up the rings. Through the whole process he made sure we knew exactly where things were and what to expect next.
Thank you for making our special moment what we truly wanted it to be. As you know Ray the rings are truly symbolic for us and our story!
