  • This is a good store. Very busy, as they all are. Make sure to call ahead and make an appointment. I was having a problem with my Apple Watch and walked in thinking I could get helped right away when it was a 4 hour wait. So make an appointment! Or, I actually called to get help with something on my Mac and was helped within 5 minutes. This seems to be the best way to get help. The store was clean and high energy. All the employees seemed to love their jobs and the gal that helped me was great.
