CONS:
1) The Orthodontist: I met Dr. O and he didn't seem very personable at all. He didn't seem very interested in my "story" and I felt he spoke to me in a condescending manner. Up until I met him, I thought E&S was alright and was seriously considering going with them. But what's the point in going with a business where the main person - an orthodontist - doesn't seem friendly and interested in your own teeth affairs?
2) The Price: Compared to other orthodontists with whom I have met, E&S charges more (probably due to the massive advertising/products they have). They give out a free gift (E&S car shades and E&S marked water bottle) and their folders are donned out with their logo. They offer these VIP cards where you can rack up points and earn prizes, such as a gift card. There are drinks and cookies available too. I suppose in order to provide all of this, the more expensive pricing for orthodontic treatment/care makes sense.
3) Hours: If you're looking for someone open on the weekends, this place is not for you.
PROS:
1) Although Dr. O was not very personable, I found his staff to be.
2) Atmosphere: If you're seeking a more modernized orthodontic treatment center, you can check E&S out.
** Overall, I decided not to go with E&S.
