Well I think I'm done with Rio. They have tightened up all the machines to where you have to play so fast to get a free drink. By the time you blow through your money there is no bartender around and as you are looking for one, your play is now too slow.
Once again I had to go through multiple rooms and still ended up with bass thumping above me till 3am and then kids running around at 7am.
The useless resort fee that Cesar's properties charges used to include the spa at the Rio, which was always a nice bonus. Nope, now it's an extra $10.
The restaurant charges 20% gratuity. My service was a zero as I sat around and stared at the tv when I experienced the disappearing bartenders again. Party of one shouldent get charged gratuity when the employees don't care because they know they already got their tip.
So Rio, you might as well start charging for parking so your guests can experience the full rip off effect Las Vegas is offering these days. It's getting to the point of looking someplace else for a weekend get away because this last trip was not fun or enjoyable at all. Thank you for the previous good times that I enjoyed there.
