  • I had a question regarding my windshield warranty since I got it replaced at Fast Glass in Reno. I have never felt so disrespected by someone's customer service over the phone. The guy named Jimmy was total annoyed with my question and didn't even wanted to listen to my question. I used to love this company but honestly if this is how you treat customer I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible horrible service. Save your time and go somewhere else!
