Great food, pretty meh name. Very hard to find that style of dim sum in Toronto with carts, freshly made food constantly coming from the kitchen and even waitresses are dressed in traditional attire. If you don't speak Cantonese however make sure you know what you want to get, not a place to really ask for recommendations from the waitresses.
Things to order if you're not sure:
Hargow
Sumai
Jian dui- trust me
Soup dumplings
Spare ribs
