  • I had a blast here with my family. The employees were very welcoming. Not sure what I expected but I was very impressed. The zoo was huge! I love all the trees on the paths that provided much needed shading. There's not a lit of extras like concession stands so I would suggest packing a picnic or snacks in a back pack. The only other tip I have is take your time and explore the entire park. Birds are in Judy about every area but once you get past them (and there are tons) you will find some great animals. This place is like a hidden treasure within Phoenix that glad I discovered. I will def go back!
