  • The most important thing for me and this spa is they use my favorite spa products Guinot. I started using Guinot in Ottawa and when I moved to Toronto I found a spa that used it, Nova was it! Aside from that the service, location and amenities have kept me as a customer. They have a nice relaxing room to hang out in prior to your appointment and the Aroma Colour Therapy Sauna is pretty neat. I have only ever had facials there but they are fab and I will definitely continue to go back.
