  • Jerry was great all-around. I thought I just had a backed up sink and a broken garbage disposal. Jerry came over, took a look and explained clearly what he was going to do. He discovered that, first of all, I didn't need to replace my garbage disposal, which saved me some money (which is awesome), and second, that there was a blockage elsewhere that was affecting about half my house. Throughout the process, he explained every step and why he was doing what he was doing, and soon after my drains were flowing free and my disposal wasn't leaking. Would recommend GMR to anyone.
