  • The Phoenix Art Museum should change its name to the Temple of Misandry and Racism. It sponsors a classic car event called The Copperstate 1000 Rally. I enjoy classic car events and have volunteered at the Pebble Beach Tour & Concours d'Elegance, The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering and the Arizona Concours d'Elegance. I decided to apply for a volunteer position at the Copperstate 1000 Rally. I enquired numerous times and got no response. I thought if I volunteered as a docent at the museum I could find out more about volunteering for the Rally. Those arrogant jerks want $10 for the privilege of taking their docent training! Then I found out there's a woman in charge of men's art! Isn't that sort of like having Karl Marx run a bank? I wonder if this is just my "toxic masculinity" expressing itself... I enjoy the company of Asian women. If it's good enough for Mark Zuckerberg, it's got to be good enough for me too, right? Not all women like white guys dating Asian women. I took an Asian female friend to the museum and one of the female docents didn't like it. She followed us around and even told us we were supposed to stand one yard back from the paintings. Have you ever tried to read the little 5 x 7 info cards from a yard away? Being half Italian and from New Jersey, I immediately ratted her out. My friend and I went on to enjoy the paintings from within the 36" limit. Instead of going to the Phony Art Museum, why not take a painting class and create your own art?
