  • I recently purchased services with them. Salesman was good, knowledgeable and not overly pushy (like others). The tech that came to do the install was also very good. He took his time in explaining the system and the install was very neat/clean. The follow up call was good... The only criticism I have is the contract. It's not clearly pitched that there is a five year contact....it's masked in "deals" and "savings" The monitoring company is very helpful and dependable. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the contract part.... Overall, I would recommend to friends and family.
