I echo much of what others have said. I saw Dr. Zenner from about 2004-2013 and have been seeing someone else since then.
I have to say first , though, Dr. Zenner was very accommodating when there was an urgent situation that needed to be dealt with immediately. He was very helpful at the beginning when I was in a terrible situation and I did feel like he had my best interest at heart for the first few years I saw him.
For the last year or so I was seeing him (2013-ish), I agree that patients were starting to get pushed through the office quickly and there is way too much time wasted with small talk and shooting the breeze. and have learned that I was being completely over-medicated and mis-diagnosed. Dr. Zenner essentially turned into an avenue to get prescriptions filled. The wait times were always ridiculous, which sadly has become the norm for medical practices. You do indeed have to schedule 3 months out at least to even get an appointment.
Though he did help me in a few emergencies, I would recommend finding someone that can spend more quality time with their patients and with an office staff that could at least fake a smile.
