I am a member with massage envy. The Sales manager Darren is absolutely amazing. With my grandmother having mesical issues, finances have been really tough. I not only have to help cover those expenses but as well as take care of my wife and kids. I have been extremely stressed out having to work 80+ hrs a week just to scratch by, so a monthly membership payment isn't something I can afford right now. I went to the clinic to ask for some help, without knowing what they would be able to do for me. Darren happened to be at the front desk and brought me into the office to talk. He said I could freeze my membership so that way I can focus on making payment towards medical bills and what not. You bet I jumped at that chance! He even let me freeze right before the payment normally processes in a few days so I could get in for another massage before it froze!
I would definitely recommend Massage Envy to anyone who is need of a great massage especially for such high level of customer service you will get!!
