  • I Lovee a great sandwich especially when it's paired with friendly service and quality ingredients. MBCo definitely has all these traits! As I stepped inside, there was no menu board listing of sandwiches available but a glass case displaying a selection of fresh preassembled sandwiches on a variety of breads awaiting an owner to claim them. Luckily I was there! We settled on two sandwiches MBCo Classic BLT - made with cherry tomatoes and boston lettuce on rye bread with a scrumptious lemon aioli on the side. Perfectly cooked bacon on perfectly toasted bread! Croque Monsieur - They called it a Croque Monsieur but to my surprise it had an egg layered in making it a Croque Madam! Never the less it was perfectly toasted on a crunchy baguette with ham and melted cheese again with a side of there delicious lemon aioli it surely did not disappoint! Beside sandwiches they had a tempting display of desserts conviently placed beside the cashier. I could not help my self from indulging. We ended up getting the: Chocolate Souffle - Came out piping hot, I appreciated that they observed that we had completed eating our sandwiches, took away our dirty plates and then brought it over and warned us how hot it was. It was fluffy and creamy with a little crunch on the top, chocolatey, almost a dark chocolate flavour. Chocolate Cake - A a thin layer chocolate sponge cake piled high with a tower creamy delicious chocolate mousse drapped in a thin layer of dark chocolate fondant. It was heavenly the perfect ending to a delicious meal. We also got a piping hot pot of English Breakfast tea. The waitress also asked if we would like hot or cold milk! Obviously I had to go with hot milk and she brought over a cup of hot steamed milk! Loveee thattt + she also refilled our pot! Overall great sandwiches with great desserts paired with amazzing service it's a definite sandwich destination! However before you divulge be aware of the cost...for 2 sandwiches, 2 desserts, and 2 pots of tea it cost about 42 bucks! However I enjoyed every last bite so I have no regrets!
