  • Very disappointed in service. Rented a great Jeep Grand Cherokee for 12 days in Alberta Canada. Horrible experience trying to return car to airport. 24 hour Customer Service was closed. How does that happen? I had no way to contact a representative for assistance. A 15 minute rerun tuned into a 2 hour ordeal latte at night.
