  • Am at a total loss as to why someone didn't follow-up and come give me a quote for purchasing and installing a camera security system as a scheduled. Nor did they call to reschedule or cancel. To make matters worse, I was calling for my son who has been a customer of their's for the past 5 years. My attempts to problem solve and reschedule were even worse. Three calls and no resolution. Smh
