My son was buying his first car and knew exactly what he wanted. After much searching I found one at Eastlake Mazda. This dealership is not close to my house so we set up to go see the car on Thursday (it was Monday) since it is 40 miles each way. I received a text the day before asking if we were still coming to the appointment. I confirmed that we were and was told "see you tomorrow." We show up and the salesman, Igor, is nowhere to be found. Another gentleman, Nick, came over to help us. He tried to do the best he could to help us but there was nothing he could do. The car that we came to look at was out on a test drive at the exact same time that we were there to see it. Now I understand that it's a business and cars can get sold at any minute. But we not only got a no-show car salesman but also a no-show car. After sitting there for one hour in order to see if the people were going to buy the car, which I'm sure a sitting there waiting helped to sell the car, we were told the car had been sold. During this time Igor had come in and didn't even have the decency or common courtesy to apologize for standing us up. The manager came out and let us know that he would look for another car that was similar in the Mazda database in order to help us, since we had driven all that way and my military husband has left work in order to be there. I have heard absolutely nothing. I believe that this place is truly unprofessional and have upheld my feeling about car salesman. Wish I could give Nick a different star rating because he at least tried.
