  • The Lotus is going into my Vegas rotation from here on out. Despite visiting LV multiple times a year, I had never tried this well known Thai establishment. I was very impressed with the food and service. Based on Anthony Bourdain's recommendations on his TV show, I skipped right past the first dozen pages or so and went directly to the "Northern Specialty" pages. My party ordered the Khoa Soi, Red Chili Dip, and the Northern Larb. The waiter asked us how spicy we preferred on a scale of 1-10. Now I pride myself on enjoying very spicy food, but the #7 level of spicy really made me sweat. My table also ordered a sticky rice for every person at the table. DEFINITELY GET THE STICKY RICE. I wish I'd saved more room that day and ordered more at LoS, because the food was fantastic. In fact, I may need to push up my next trip to LV in order to get back to LoS ASAP!
