  • If I could give zero stars I would. I called to see if they had availability to park my car in a storage unit. After an extremely long wait on hold to talk to someone alive, I asked several questions. After the conversation I went to the rental place to rent the unit. I was waiting in line to go up to the first available customer service representative. There was another customer walked in behind me and the lady behind the counter helped him first before me. After she was done with him, a customer that had been in there earlier came back in and she helped that customer in front of me. When I finally got to the counter to rent the unit she told me I had to drain all the liquids from my car. This was never told to me in the original phone conversation. There is an extreme lack of customer courtesy and job knowledge here. I will go to other U-Haul rental places from now on.
