  • Love the twenty cent discount on gas "BUT!" I go there to get my vehicle washed and cleaned. The last two times I have been to this location I have had to show them spots on my roof and around the car where there was still bird poop and a tar like something on the car, they go over the car with a spray bottle and rag then tell me the sticky stuff won't come off. Both times I went to a competitor and bingo the sticky stuff comes off. They have their little buzz word but the experience is anything but fabulous, I used to go to the one on Durango which wasn't much better. The customer shouldn't be showing them where they missed a spot and a Detailing means just that..."extended treatment of or attention to particular items" which they do not. I have used Freddy's and to a smaller extent their competitor for the last 8 years and will be going to their competitor from now on. Not worth the twenty cent discount. I guess that's why their competitor is getting more busy recently and still doing an excellent job especially during "Happy Hour". PS: and they don't have their empolyees hustle you for tips at the gas pump
