I wanted to ask about the availability of a particular sofa, so I called the toll-free number listed on their website. The woman I was routed to did not seem very happy to answer my questions. She asked for the SKU #, and I gave her the # listed on the manufacturer's website. She responded with a surprising amount of attitude, as that # apparently was an "internal #" and not what she needed (though I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that). Her overall demeanor was one of condescension. I'll be buying my sofa elsewhere.
