  • Buffalo Exchange is my favorite store in Arizona, hands down. I have been shopping here for at least 8 years, since I was in middle school. Look, many of the people leaving bad reviews are salty that Buffalo did not take their items. It's true, they barely take anything and when they do, you do not get a lot. They once gave me 10 dollars for a Coach bag (back when Coach was actually in fashion). This is because what they buy is dependent on who looked at your clothes that day. I often take my stuff there at least 3 times and sure enough, they buy something each time! So yes, from a buying perspective, not the best but that is literally how their business model works and I'd rather get some money for my clothes before I donate than none at all. That being said, Buffalo is a 5 star establishment because it's a great place to shop. Most of my wardrobe is from Buffalo and they really do price fairly. As the items are priced by the buyer, it can range so sometimes items are a steal and sometimes they are a little over priced but they do frequent markdowns. The store itself is super cool, I love the design and neon signs! But what makes this place so special are the great people who work here, they are always so nice and sweet and often offer to take my stuff to a dressing room, which is RARE for a thrift so 10/10 customer service. The items are so unique, I truly never know what I am going to find. I love shopping here as do all my friends, and I will continue to shop here until I'm 100. In fact, my outfit in my coffin will probably be from Buffalo.
