  • When I asked them about the pricing for real estate purchasing, them give ma a list. when I am not sure about their pricing is based on the mortgage amount or the purchased price I send an email exact like this: is the price based on the mortgage amount? reply: YES! our price is based on the land tile fee blalblabla........... home value. you'd think the price is based on the mortgage amout at this point right? but no, at the appointment day I get the file and found price is high so I send another email like this: I thought I was told the price is based on the mortgage amount not the purchase price. reply: YES that is CORRECT, our price is based on purchase price. after this I was speechless........................ I'd expect my lawyer act like this on representing me, not using these techniques on me. let me guess how they are going to reply: 'YES, our talking skills are used to everyone.'
