  • They get one star because Yelp is like the special olympics... everyone gets a prize even if you are the farthest thing from a winner that ever walked the earth. I was referred to them by my roofer to help with some pigeon issues on 2 commercial buildings. After about 3 messages left I finally got someone on the phone and made an appointment to have the roofs looked at. As far as I know appointment was blown off faster than a high school quarterback on friday night after a winning game. No phone calls, no email, nothing. I've tried calling, and have left messages, and no call back. From what I'm reading here, this is pretty common. They act like they don't want the business. Im curious how they stay in business at all.
