  • This is a terrible business to work with. Do not rent a water heater, and if you must, do not rent from Reliance. We were saddled with a contract when we purchased our place, and the water heater was not installed to code. We have to install a new heater, but with 18 months on our contract, we are unable to return the unit. We would be happy to pay the rental for the remainder of the contract, but we cannot return it until the end of the contract. If we do return it, we are charged for the purchase of the unit. ZERO STARS.
