  • My corporation pays for my membership yearly, I already renewed but it's not showing yet I guess. Same thing happened last year and when I explained it to the then GM he worked with me. Today I had scanned my pass and in middle of a work out the new GM "Tyler" walks over like a mob boss me pulls me off the treadmill. I tried explaining since this happened to many co workers when this LA first opened and he was unreasonable. I've been an LA member for 10 years, I have always been happy until now. This guy needs to taught manners and customer service. What a shame
