I truly hate to update review down to 1 star especially after last time when the Owner reached out to me on yelp and followed up with me about everything right away, which was appreciated. He assured me that - " we do guarantee results on the spots we treat for a minimum of 5 years"
Well, I reached out to this company a week ago via yelp and their website to inform them that the pigeons have returned along the edges of our roof, and on some other not covered parts, and are making a mess again. No response.
I will have to reach out to SolarCity to see if they can resolve this because The Pigeon Guy company is ignoring me.

The same tech came out to complete the job a second time, as it is a big roof, and apologized for leaving the dead bird and no report after the first day of installation. He completed his work which took an entire day and left no mess. From what I can tell the mesh and netting looks great. I know it can take up to 4 weeks for birds to stop coming but I haven't seen any since installation.
Original review (1/14/2017)
Solar City hired this company to address the pigeon problem we have since panel installation. The technician arrived at our house yesterday late, around 10:30am. He introduced himself right away and I showed him the property while he he was filming the path around the house, during this time I mentioned that I have dogs twice and that I am keeping them inside while he is working. I left my house at 1:21pm and he was on the roof, when I returned at 3:20pm he was gone. I can't say whether or not he did a good job because I do not know what was, and how it was installed, my roof is too tall for me to go up there and have a look (two story house). There was no report or note of the work he did when I got home, which I sort of expected. What he did leave behind was a dead bird where my dogs roam in the backyard, which greatly upset me because my dogs could have gotten into that and potentially gotten sick. Not to mention it was disgusting. I expected that he would clean up behind himself.
