  • I signed in online and wasn't sent back for 25 minutes after the time I was told. I was here with the hopes of feeling better. Instead I sat in their Petri dish of a waiting room picking up every germ in the Valley. I was then sent to an exam room where I waited another 30 minutes. There's nothing urgent about this care. There are too many other options to deal with this lack of attention and extended exposure to other sick people. The staff is nice, but clearly overworked. Look elsewhere.
