  • After seeing so many positive reviews for this location just around the corner from my house (and down the street from the park!), I decided to give this place a try. I had been listening to my rotors grind like rocks for almost 2 weeks and I was certain it sounded expensive! Usually, I have to give a big old spill when I walk in about how broke I am, how I need the bare minimum services, etc. This time I decided to just see how they handled my business without that information. They had them inspected quite quickly, and when I came back they showed me all the exact numbers: how much the rotors/breaks were worn, what the recommended stats/numbers are, price, etc. What they quoted was completely unexpected, as every time I've ever been to the mechanic without a male from my family to escort me, I magically get quoted $600/$700 for things that cost half that: Brake Masters was HONEST and even gave me a discount when I expressed concern regarding the price. I paid $312 out the door and had the front rotors/breaks replaced. They offered me the services I actually wanted at a reasonable rate and didn't make me feel inadequate regarding my lack of knowledge - they made me feel empowered! There are so few businesses that take the time to serve a customer in the best way possible FOR the customer. This is one of those few places! I've gone to different places over the years for brakes, but this is where I will always go from now on because it was by far the best experience.
