  • I spent 3 days at W Las Vegas, this week, and it was one of the best trips to Vegas I've ever had! The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the rooms are spacious and whimsically decorated. I loved some of the "sexy" W touches like the peek-a-boo shower (window looks out to the street, other hotels, etc.) and the mirror on the ceiling over the bed. Very cheeky. I was most impressed with the hotel's staff, who were unbelievably friendly and attentive. Alex took such great care of us upon arrival and continued to check in each time he saw us over our 3 day stay. Drake, Poe, and Chelsea also made a point of introducing themselves and made sure we had everything we needed. At the W's pool (4th floor) Ebony was an absolute rockstar; she has a phenomenal personality and made us laugh so hard while taking care of our needs. Honestly, every single person we interacted with was welcoming and accommodating. It was a lovely surprise to have each person wish me a happy birthday (I had it listed in my reservation that we were there to celebrate my birthday) upon meeting me; what a nice personalized touch. The hotel also left me a delicious birthday treat of cookies and Bailey's in my room! As someone who's been to Vegas at least 30 times I enjoyed staying at a hotel that was slightly farther down the strip and out of the "fray". It was the best of both worlds: the hotel was quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip, but the main strip was easily accessible if you wanted to dive into the chaos. The monorail system, which takes you up and down the strip, was directly outside one of the hotel's doors. I could not be more convenient. Cabs were easily accessible, as well, and got you quickly to the main strip (10 minute ride to Caesar's, for example). The hotel is attached to the SLS Hotel so you have access to their pool, casino, and variety of restaurants, as well. I absolutely loved staying at W Las Vegas and plan to stay there for all future trips to Las Vegas!
