  • For $7 It's worth every penny to take this 13 mile scenic drive. Or if you're more outdoorsy plan to take a long hike. There are many trails and at different difficulty levels. This is where the desert visuals sing and where pictures will not do justice. There are a multitude of hiking trails for every skillset and even picnic areas and overlooks where you can park and take a minute to soak in the landscape. The colors are amazing when the sun is setting. For the more adventurous, there are even areas to rock climb. Definitely next on my bucket list! When you start the drive you can enter the Visitor center and get a little history on the Canyon. We visited in February and cannot wait until it warms up a little more and to get really close up! It just an 40 minute drive from the strip. Nature shines brighter then the lights of Vegas here!
